Microarray Analysis

Microarrays are used for studying the expression of thousands of genes in the same experiment, simultaneously.  With technology becoming more accessible, microarray analysis began to be used in diverse fields of biology. Microarray analysis assists scientists in carrying out several genetic studies, from identification of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and metilation pattern anomalies to analysis of disease development and even identification of drug targets.

In microarray analysis tasks, Epigenetiks uses oligonucleotide microarrays manifactured by Affymetrix Inc. As Epigenetiks, we offer microarray analysis services in a wide range of application areas.
