RNA sequencing is the process of performing the in-depth transcriptome analysis of the genome of an organism using next generation sequencing techniques. Next generation RNA sequencing provides the scientists with the ability to perform several operations, such as identification of rare or frequent transcripts, detection of isoforms, new transcripts and gene fusions.
As Epigenetiks, we perform the following RNA sequencing applications:
Total RNA Sequencing: sequence both coding and non-coding segments of an RNA molecule
miRNA Sequencing: sequence only miRNAs – small, noncoding RNA molecules.
