DNA Sequencing

DNA sequencing is the process of identifying the correct alignment of nucleic acids within a DNA molecule. Nucleotide sequence is the most basic information of a gene and without this information one cannot entirely understand genetic processes or evolution. Today, next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies provide the scientists with the ability to perform rapid DNA sequencing using parallel processing.

As Epigenetiks, we perform the following DNA sequencing applications:

Whole Genome Sequencing: identify whole DNA sequence of an organism’s genome.

Exome Sequencing: sequence only the parts of the genome that encode proteins.
